Neighbourbot is a tiny prototype that I made collaboratively with Julia Evans for !!Con 2020.

We were thinking about ways to try to create the spontaneous and semi-random wonderful encounters that people have at conferences.

Neighbourbot is a Discord bot that matches you randomly with two other people in your Discord server for a short 5-minute conversation.

My plan is to eventually write more about Neighbourbot and what I learned from it!
